The approval of the Client’s Refund Request is subject to the following Terms and Conditions:

• If the refund request is made before the delivery of the initial design concepts, it will be accepted and processed (with the deduction of a 1% processing and service fee).
• If the refund request is made within 48 hours of the delivery of the initial design concepts, it will be accepted and processed for a 70% refund (with the deduction of a 15% processing and service fee).
• If the refund request is made between 48-120 hours of the delivery of the initial design concepts, it will be accepted and processed for a 35% refund (with the deduction of a 15% processing and service fee).
• If the refund request is made after 120 hours of the delivery of the initial design concepts, it will not be entertained or processed. However, you can contact us for any concerns, as we believe in 100% customer satisfaction.
• No refund request will be entertained if you have not taken any action on your order for 30 days after placing your order. However, if you want to reactivate your design order, you will be charged a certain fee depending on your project.
• The refund request will not be accepted or processed after the final files are delivered.
• Refunds will not be accepted or processed for video animation packages, after the delivery and approval of the video animation design storyboard.
• After the delivery of the initial animation, our client’s requests for service packages will become invalid and void.
• NYC Wheelchair reserves the right to approve or reject your refund request on a case-by-case basis.
• If you are availing of our Custom packages, a refund will be applicable as per the individual package.
• The refund policy for the video animation will be applicable only when requesting a logo animation and web designing service.
• NYC Wheelchair provides unlimited revisions until the client is fully satisfied. If the design concept is not according to the brief, a refund will not be provided. Only valid reasons are accepted based on the design brief and the client’s feedback for revision.
• The refund policy will not be applicable if the client has placed design orders that are more than one design with the intention to claim a refund. This is not fair and ethical, and we reserve the right to reject such refund requests.
• As per the nature of designing jobs, timely and constructive feedback from the client is essential for the completion of the design. The refund policy will not be applicable if the client fails to communicate and provide feedback for the desired outcome.

• NYC Wheelchair will try to resolve your issue according to our revision policy and will also email you a refund request form from NYC Wheelchair refund department. Your design rights will be forfeited by NYC Wheelchair after the refund. Therefore, you will not be allowed to display or use any version of the design delivered by NYC Wheelchair. NYC Wheelchair also asserts that:
• You do not have any right to use any feedback, content, or information. You do not have any right to have any ownership interest in or to the same.
• NYC Wheelchair will file Copyright Acquisition Data for the refunded designs in collaboration with Government Copyright Agencies that would prevent the reproduction of the designs as original designs in the future.
